How We Work in Langland
1. Site Visit and Elevation Assessment
We assess each elevation separately, note bay-facing and south-west exposures, check render and timber condition, and provide a written quote broken down by surface and elevation.
2. Surface Preparation
Full salt wash on all external surfaces. Biological growth treated and allowed to dwell. Hollow render hacked back. Cracks filled. Timber stripped to sound material.
3. Priming
Marine-grade primer on exposed timber. Appropriate masonry primer on rendered surfaces.
4. Paint Application
Two full coats on bay-facing elevations, third coat on the most direct clifftop exposures. We schedule around dry weather and do not apply ahead of rain.
5. Final Inspection and Handover
All surfaces inspected in good light. Touch-ups done before we leave. Walk-through with you on completion.
